Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is leaking or defective upon delivery

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures/video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance preference
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging differences

Refund Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Store credit

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

Exchange Policy

Approved exchange requests will be processed after the original item is returned and inspected.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Zabeeb Masood is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect customer information.
